By registering, accessing, or using the VeriStock Pro Android OS application or desktop cloud web terminal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately terminate use of the service.
All stock valuations, ledger transactions, customer khata entries, and tax breakdowns are derived strictly from entries inputted by merchants and synced from authorized POS hardware. VeriStock Pro is not liable for operational discrepancies, inventory shortfalls, or tax penalties resulting from erroneous data entry, improper hardware calibration, or offline data queuing conflicts.
Store owners are strictly responsible for safeguarding their authentication credentials and granting role-based access (Owner, Manager, Staff, CA Auditor). Each merchant business workspace operates under cryptographically enforced tenancy boundaries. Any attempt to exploit, scrape, or probe cross-tenant collections constitutes grounds for immediate session revocation.
When recording old device intake under the Second-Hand Mobile vertical, merchants agree to obtain genuine customer identification, photograph device serial/IMEI identifiers, and secure digital declaration sign-offs under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Information Technology Act guidelines. VeriStock Pro acts as a digital ledger provider and does not assume liability for stolen goods.
The VeriStock Pro double-entry accounting ledger engine, Money Law calculation pipelines, cloud outbox synchronization architecture, and user interfaces are protected proprietary technology. Decompilation, unauthorized reverse engineering, or redistributing system binaries is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, VeriStock Pro and SM Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or statutory fines arising from service disruptions, network outages, or device hardware failures.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Competent courts in the registered jurisdiction of SM Technologies shall hold exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
